A 3-Step Plan to Banish Cellulite for Good

If you are a woman who has reached the age of puberty, chances are pretty good that you may already have some areas of cellulite on your body.

What is cellulite? Strictly speaking, it is simply one of the ways in which your body stores fat. In women, fat has more of a tendency to make its way between tissue strata and push through, creating that orange peel appearance. Men have a completely different structure to their tissue strata, meaning they are far less likely to develop cellulite.

Sounds unfair, right?

Well, here’s the truth: Olympic athletes have cellulite, teenage girls have cellulite, mothers, grandmothers, and great-grandmothers have cellulite. Unfortunately, getting rid of it completely is really asking to redefine your body structure on a microscopic level. Not happening!

But this still doesn’t mean you need to sit back and accept an appearance you are unhappy with. There are three steps you can take to minimize or even completely banish the appearance of cellulite. Here is what you should do:

Begin Lifting Weights

One of the most effective ways to reduce the appearance of cellulite is to increase the appearance of your muscles. Unfortunately, many women are told that lifting weights or having defined muscles is “for men.” This is simply untrue.

Women can benefit tremendously from lifting weights, and if you are concerned that you will suddenly become an overly muscular hulk, don’t be. Muscle building like that falls under the purview of bodybuilders – people who have incredibly targeted workout routines, strict calorie allotments, and who take drastic measures to cut body fat. In other words, you can’t accidentally end up looking like a bodybuilder.

What you can do is get good muscle definition and tone. When your muscles take on a more defined shape, they show through your skin, not cellulite. So consider strength training three times a week to re-sculpt your outward appearance.

Trim Down Sensibly

One thing you definitely shouldn’t do to get rid of cellulite? Crash diet.

Overly rapid weight loss does approximately nothing to reduce the appearance of cellulite, and in fact it may only serve to make things worse. A sudden and dramatic weight loss can leave you with loose skin, and that can make a mild case of cellulite look like a severe one.

Body fat content can contribute to the appearance of cellulite so trimming down is a good idea, but slowly and sensibly is the way to go.

Create a reasonable calorie deficit, make sure you are getting enough protein, vitamins, and calories to support your exercise regime, and allow the weight to come off naturally at a rate of about one to one and a half pounds per week.

Consider Topical Treatments

Since your skin is the organ that showcases your cellulite, topical skin treatments can help to reduce the appearance.

Topical treatments which help to build collagen can actually make your skin stronger and less likely to cling to each and every lump and bump. Look for treatments containing Retin-A, retinol, and vitamin C.

Remember that some of these treatments can be quite strong, so it’s always a good idea to make sure that you aren’t sensitive to them. Test a small area and check for irritation. If you have concerns about topical treatments, a good person to speak to would be a dermatologist. They will be able to recommend products that are best suited to your specific skin type.

It may not be fair, but cellulite is something nearly every woman has to deal with in some capacity. Taking drastic measures such as liposuction, laser treatments or intense dieting may be ineffective at best and harmful at worst. Your best bet is to stick with this three-step program as it is safe and effective.

The 1st thing that got me interested in Capsiplex was the fact that it was all natural and that there was no side effect. It actually works. After trying for 3 weeks and losing 3 pounds I have just ordered 3 more bottles! Hope that the weight loss continues.

I would most definitely recommend this to anyone trying to lose weight! Since I started using this supplement I’ve been losing about 3 lbs per week average. I’m however going to the gym to speed up the process but all in all ….I’m happy.

I’ll have tons of energy, go for miles of walks and actually went up to sprinting. After weeks I got slimmer and trimmer. (I am now maintaining my weight). I am pleased to say it has no side effect whatsoever, best of all IT’S ONCE A DAY. That fits in well with my 12hr shift.
