From Goat to Oat – Which Milk is Best For You?

Goat Milk

Almond milk is low in carbs and contains half the recommended daily amount of vitamin A. It also contains no saturated fat or cholesterol, making it a heart healthy alternative to other types of milk. You can find it in most grocery stores, and it’s simple to make if you have the right equipment. Almond milk is ideal for anyone allergic to dairy, or anyone looking to control their weight.

Oat Milk

Oat milk is not only lactose free, but doesn’t contain any saturated fats or cholesterol either. It’s popular among vegans and people who are either lactose intolerant or have a dairy allergy. It’s also the perfect choice for anyone looking to lose weight. Most grocery stores carry some form of alternative to cow’s milk, like soy or almond milk, but oat milk isn’t as readily available. Luckily, it’s pretty easy to make.
